"Amazing hookah in Austin. Love the interior and atmosphere. Felt like I was in Morocco 😁 Delicious tea and good service. Convenient location. Highly recommend! The only small thing is that they serve drinks in plastic cups, which is a bit strange for an establishment. But honestly, I don't care"

"Such a cozy place with great vibes! The food was really good, and the hookah was smooth and enjoyable. A perfect spot to relax, hang out, and feel comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill and welcoming atmosphere."

"Recommend for a dry January activity or anytime you want a non-bar chill spot. Because it’s new, it’s still getting broken in. Let’s get started with what I was impressed with and go from there. (1). The space is comfy, yet elegant. Peek the chandelier in the middle of the patio and the Persian carpet furniture. Almost felt like I should remove my boots when I sat down. Nice spacious, chill spot. A1. (2). The hooka was top notch. It’s not a thing I do often, and the nicotine buzz was never overwhelming even though I breathed more vapor than fresh air throughout the night. (3) Ordered the lemon pepper hot honey wings. If you prefer breaded wings, like I do, SipHaus met the moment and then some. Very well done. I assumed the wings came with fries (but I hit my vape a few times), so if you want those you have to ask to add them. Was surprised the server didn’t ask anyway—it’s something a server will generally do when a side is optional with a meal. (4). Staff don’t know the menu yet, which is understandable, because it’s new. But when I asked what the “haus flavor” for the wings tasted like, the server didn’t know and didn’t bother to find out. Ha. I asked the hooka guy and he figured it out for me. (5). I got my tea in a plastic-line paper cup. I was expecting glass or ceramic in a setting like this. I got the saffron chai. Didn’t taste like much—maybe too much water or not steeped long enough or it could just be a very lightly flavored tea. Final rating: 4. I strongly recommend and expect the experience to be perfect in no time. Again, it’s a new establishment."

"The first time I went to sip haus was two weeks ago! I’m not even exaggerating when I said it was one of my worst experiences! The service is not great, the food was terrible on my experience, and on top of that it’s very expensive for a hookah lounge in Austin! The avarage hookah price in Austin is $20-$25 while this place says $39.99 on the menu but in reality they charged us $50! They also charge an extra $10 for “ticket” on event nights which I don’t understand why! It almost felt like we are paying for their business cost because when I asked why there is ticket when we received no hospitality they said because they have a dj and a dancer there’s ticket fee!!! The owner and the workers are nice however it seems like they have zero to no experience in this business! To support their business we decided to give them a second chance and went again tonight! The place was empty of people, literally NOBODY! As we walked in the guy in the front said you have to buy tickets which was an immediate bad experience again! Then they charged us $42 for hookah and they said they apparently gave us a friends and family discount; mind you on their menu the hookah price is $39 so I don’t know what type of discount will bring the price up! They were supposed to have a dancer but it was so slow that she ended up not doing her show! I want you to know that I really tried giving them a chance and not writing a review and support them since they just started their business however if I’m paying twice as much as anywhere else I want to be able to feel the difference! Unfortunately we won’t be back! Hope this review helps them improve! Truly."

"SipHaus — Opening Day Review Stopped in for SipHaus on their grand opening and ended up staying way longer than planned. First: the drinks are legit. The teas were genuinely delicious, and the Persian chai in particular stood out to me. On the food side, I think we tried the entire sweets menu. They had two different kinds of baklava, both excellent. We also tried a selection of macarons and gelato (TRY THE “OLIVE”) and everyone was blown away. Now the hookah: smooth. Like, actually smooth. One of their setups had the shisha packed inside a pineapple and you smoke it through the pineapple. It sounds like a gimmick until you try it… super pleasant, surprisingly clean and tasty, and easily one of the smoothest sessions I’ve had. What really made the experience, though, was the vibe and the staff. Everyone working was friendly and clearly invested in making sure opening day went well. The ambiance is dialed in too—gorgeous lighting, beautiful rugs throughout, and seating that feels communal in the best way: relaxed, welcoming, and easy to settle into. If you want a new spot that feels intentional (not just thrown together), SipHaus is worth checking out."
