"I ordered the Mango Boba Dane at Tapioca Lounge because the photo clearly showed it topped with mango chunks. However, when I asked why there were no mango pieces, the staff said the owner told them mangoes are not in season and that they were substituting strawberries instead. That makes no sense, since they’re still making mango drinks. A mango drink should come with mango — not something else. They even charged an extra $0.75 for the strawberry topping. Very disappointing and not recommended."

"Teapioca feels like a very middle of the pack boba shop. The inside is nice but not as cool as some other shops around. The staff weren’t too friendly but ordering was quick. We got a taro milk tea and mangonada. The taro milk tea was delicious and the right amount of sweet. The mangonada was sweet and had a bit of spice that didn’t sit too well with the rest of the flavor. Altogether, it was an alright experience but we would be open to returning to see if things are different the next time around."

"Terrible customer service would not make a $5 drink back after it was made poorly. Long time customer won’t be coming back now! Adding because you added a response. I did call, I wasted ten minutes on the phone, you refused to refund me. I won’t be calling or emailing you."

"Rarely have any issues with this location. Personable employees always willing to help, plenty of options to choose from for the drinks and add-ins, and yummy limited time or seasonal drinks always popping up makes it a fun place to return to over and over again."

"Come here pretty regularly and just keep forgetting to review it but this is my go-to for boba tea, this time I decided to try something other than boba tea though! My girlfriend and I shared a what I think they’re calling a “snowyn”? I got the mango milky flurry flavor with regular tapioca on it and it was so much better AND bigger than I expected! This thing was giant and covered in mango, a really interesting texture ice cream, boba and even some wafer sticks on top! It was a beautiful to look at and delicious to eat too! Other than the snowyn, their boba tea is also great! Tons of flavors and options to choose from! Their staff are also very friendly and your order always comes very quickly! Highly recommend for anything boba related! 🧋🍨"
