"The experience is great! But limited selection, not a whole lot of flavor options it’s mostly brown sugar boba. Which is fine nothing inherently wrong with that but I like have the ability to customize my drink and I’m spoiled with other stores selections. It’s cute and staff is friendly I’m just bored of brown sugar boba tea, looking for adventure this isn’t the place very basic."

"The workers are so kind and nice. I got the roasted brown sugar matcha and I am proud to say that this was the BEST boba I have ever tried so far. I am amazed at the presentation of the boba and how pretty they make it look. A tip is to mix it before you drink it in case you are new to boba!"

"The staff sucks and the service was slow for a bubble tea shop. I ordered 2 bubble teas for pickup and when I got there, the staff had already given it to someone else without asking for verification. Smh on the simplest task. She offered to make it again but without the black pearl cause they ran out. Idk the staff handled it poorly imo"

"Customer service was subpar. Huge menu but it was mostly brown sugar variations for like half of it. I got cheese foam on my drink and it was way more savory than sweet, which was unlike any other ive tried and very odd. I got a coffee and it tasted like one you make at home. Good but I felt just sort of ...lost on what to choose from their choices. VERY cute in there though, and very clean. Quiet for a Saturday."
