"Stopped here on a recent trip from Florida to Texas specifically for a king cake and Rao’s didn’t disappoint! We picked up a few king cakes of different flavors and a Spicy Giacomo Sandwich which was to die for!"

"Yes! Great tasting coffee! Chocolate covered glazed donut (that I put on a coffee stir stick for no mess). Opera music! Pavarotti! Staff very nice. Felt very welcome here."

"I tried to order a large cheesecake from this place. I requested to have the strawberries sliced instead of whole. Sliced strawberries are easier to eat and they look better. They refused to sell me a cheesecake with sliced strawberries! Seriously? Obviously they would rather lose a customer to their competion that to accommodate a paying customer. So much for the customer is always right!"

"Great local spot for baked goods, breakfast, and coffee. Great coffee selection, and each week day has a featured coffee flavor. I prefer Tuesdays for Jamaican Me Crazy flavor, which is fantastic. But their bakery is really where they shine. Fantastic cakes, pastries, tarts, and the like will tempt you every time you enter, not matter what time of day."

"This was my first visit here (along with my husband). I had a flat white - if you love HOT coffee that stays hot for a long time, this is for you! I had to double up on sleeves it was so hot. I was so excited! I'm always complaining about the coffee not being hot enough or staying hot for very long when I get a coffee out somewhere. It had a nice flavor as well- no bitter notes. My husband had the French roast coffee - he said their description of it was pretty spot on. (I believe he read it on something while I was waiting on mine. He said it was kind of smoky.) We were very tempted to get some of the food/ dessert, but we just weren't hungry at all. It looked delicious, though! The atmosphere-- it felt like being in a small town coffee shop or of a Hallmark movie. I can't quite say why exactly, but maybe a combination of the background music, friendly faces, cozy atmosphere. I would love to come back again to eat in the shop!"
