"Overall, good service, food, and atmosphere. Our servers were kind and helpful, the only reason that I give a lower rating is because I think there's a training and communication gap. The meal I ordered appeared to have nearly raw eggs. I asked the waitress about it, and she kindly told me that the egg in this meal is supposed to be poached, and she offered to have the back remake the meal. So I said, "Well, if this is what it's supposed to look like, then I suppose I'll keep on eating it." (Also, if the kitchen staff thinks that this is what a poached egg is supposed to be, then I wasn't confident that they would remake it correctly.) But I am pretty sure I’ve had poached eggs before and they didn't look raw like this… And so, as you can see in the attached pictures, the second picture is a poached egg where the white is solid and the yellow is liquidy, whereas the eggs in my meal (picture 1), most of the white was runny and clear, having not been very cooked. So I think there is some confusion about what the meals are supposed to be, and I just don't want anyone to get sick. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"Lovely Day is SO consistently good. The hostesses, waitresses and owner give top notch service. Coffee is hot and perfectly strong. Every aspect of breakfast is amazing. Eggs cooked perfect, potatoes perfectly seasoned,jalapeno gravy(omg!), sourdough flavorful. They customize any order to what you want. Wait is never that long. Menu has so many great options. It’s better than what I make at home and most times I leave a meal saying I could do it better. Not this place. Take my money lovely day…you are exceptional. Looking forward to trying dinner!"

"Everywhere I go I've been ordering a eggs bennidict for 3 years now and the ham bennidict here is just amazing. Service is as good as you can get they take care of you. And the over all atmosphere is relaxed perfect for waking up and enjoying a breakfast in peace. Hope they keep it up I really enjoyed this spot will be back again."
