"Lowkey, this is my top 3 Brownsville coffee shop. The staff are friendly and the drinks are very good with customizable options. It is located in downtown which is slowly restoring its glory so a great place to touch base with friends. The only thing I would say is parking is limited, making the exiting a bit longer than expected."

"I truly appreciate and want to support this small business, and I say this with love and honesty. The prices feel a bit high for the overall coffee quality. The drinks are very sweet, to the point where the coffee flavor gets lost and tastes more like sugar with a hint of coffee. I know this style may be enjoyable for those who prefer sweeter drinks, but I personally would love a more balanced flavor where the coffee itself stands out more."

"I was excited to try this coffee shop but unfortunately, our experience didn’t go well. When My friend and I walked in , there were customers who were being attended to, and they were understandably indecisive, were taking a long time to order. We waited patiently, but were never acknowledged or greeted as to “we’d be attended to next “ by the cashier. We didn’t feel seen or welcomed so, we left without ordering. All I can say is , customer acknowledgement goes a long way!"

"My first time at Aroma and I am delighted. The Dirty Chai was just perfect. The service is excellent and the ambiance very chilled. I also ordered a scone, which was nice, not fresh, but warmed up was very good. I would definitely recommend Aroma.
