"I ordered online looked amazing!! Really wanted the Nova Lox however was not in the area I was looking. Walked in was greater I stated I had in online order for my name. When I walked in one worker bee JUST tagged Corina’s mobile order! I wait…. They ask if I was 1 of 2 people I repeat who I am for. She says that’s already done. She tagged my bag with another persons name. The original person helping me and engaged with me the entire time just takes Corina’s name off and goes to stick my name on the bag. I insist on checking to make sure it’s correct this is my first time here I open both sandwiches up. They look nothing like I ordered so she tells me what is what. I already am visually disappointed. I live super close get home in 3 minutes. Food is not warm cheese is still cold. We alarm it slightly. Still visually disappointed. Snag pictures and compare to online descriptions while eating. So little sauce that I thought there was none! Bagels had flavor but overall would not order again. The twice baked potato are disgusting grainy and flavorless heavy pucks of I don’t even know what I did see stands of potato but no potato taste. $4 wasted on potato muffin pucks. And $18 dumped in underwhelming bagels. Service was not rude or bad just odd they would mos label and relabel with such confidence. Over all my first and last visit here."

"I have been coming here since they opened and I have yet to be disappointed. The signature sandwiches are always hot and made fresh with love and care. My order has not ever been incorrect or missing anything and today especially Ms. Lisa and Ms. Tasha had the lobby humming taking care of face to face customers and online orders in the controlled chaos of a well oiled machine with a smile. Keep up the great work, I’ll definitely be back!!!"

"Went in to buy 4 bagels to go. Did ask for them to be sliced but no toasting or topped. Cashier rang us up and our order was put behind the line of orders before us. Restaurant was FULL as it was taking the one employee making the orders so long to make sandwiches. The cashier only made coffee drinks from what we encountered. We went back to the cashier and just asked them to bag up our bagels without slicing them and they just continued with the line of orders. Ridiculous to wait 15 minutes for something that the cashier could have bagged up as we paid."

"Ordered a bagel and asked for no mustard. I guess that was code for a thick coating of mustard. Eggs were old and microwave tasting. Did not see a frying pan. Could not taste the bagel due to the amount of mustard. Parking was horrible and service was slow. I will not be back. Prices were very high."

"I don’t get the chance often to eat here. And my last experience wasn’t the best. I showed up a couple of minutes before closing sadly because I don’t live close. And they closed their doors before their listed closing time online. I guess it’s just not meant to be for me to eat here. Wish that someone nearby sold the nova lox bagel. I will have to go visit a different bagel shop from now on."
