What People Are Saying
from Google"Love Harvest. They are the best coffee shop in town. I’d say for those who like Oatmilk lattes is important that the milk is not burnt. However, I am confident Harvest’s crew will get it right next time. I’ll keep you posted. Cheers ☕️"
"Loved the coffee! I had the Harvest vanilla coffee. It was really delicious and no bitter taste. The barista was superb and sold us on a chocolate pastry. It was worth it! The only downside was the place is pretty industrial and stripped down. The bathrooms are a little drab. Definitely stop for the coffee and the service."
"Love the coffee, love the food, have been HATING the customer service. I’m not sure if the employees hate each other of their job but it genuinely was one of the worst experiences i’ve had in a BCS coffee shop. There was one other person in the whole shop, was given a lot of attitude when asking about a drink, and the ordering interaction was entirely negative."
"Unfortunately they can’t staff or keep up with even mild traffic. 3 customers came in while I was here and we all waited between 5 and 15m for a coffee. One single person was working. They have an automated machine so you don’t interact with a human being at all unless you want to, but it still prompts you to tip? Everything else was lovely though!"
"Ordered the Honeybee latte, half sweet. It was still so sweet I couldn't drink it. I can't imagine anyone being able to drink the full sweet. It would be life pouring honey in your mouth. Also, the menu situation is terrible. You can only see it if your at the cash register. Because it's tape to the counter there. So if your in line, you can see the menu. You can scan the QR code for a menu but then you still have to come up to the counter and be in people's way ordering or picking up there drinks. I get the minimalist estetic their going for in there, and it does look nice. It's just not functional."
