"We went 2 times and we got shrimp and carne Asada tacos, the shrimp was a little dry all it was was the shrimp and no sauce the other ones were good. The next time we got sandwiches the avacado turkey and the Andrea and it was good, and the tomato soup was especially really good as well as the lattes. Over all a nice place to stop by for its cute inside too! 6:30-11 is brealfast and after that till 3 is lunch"

"We revisited Cactus Coffee Co this morning. This is a great spot in C City, and my family and I usually pop in for a meal when we are in town. The WiFi is good and I’ve been able to order coffee and knock out a few hours of work and a video call at a table as well. I’ve heard it’s the same owner as Bigg’s Pizza, just a few doors down, and I intend to take my kids there for lunch or dinner next time we are here. So glad Cactus Coffee Co opened a few years ago! The breakfast hits the spot."

"I’m out here in Colorado City for work, been here for about 2 months, I tried this cafe multiple times which has great breakfast and lunch and I was excited to tell other co workers of mine that there was a nice little cafe like we have back home in our local coffee pubs except they have variety of food options, so we show up on our 45 min lunch break and it’s a group of 6 of us, waitress once again friendly, very attentive and nice, at the end we go up to pay and our tab was $145 dollars. I wait behind my co workers and watch everyone pay their part and also to make sure there tipping our waitress accordingly, I myself worked in this industry while attending the university so I know exactly how it feels not being tipped appropriately, everyone paid and tipped the highest percentage that the cafe register displayed, which was 25% tip . Already late to work I tell my co workers their cappuccino is awesome so we decide to order a couple to go . The next day we all decided to order our food ahead of time because the day prior we all got to work late from lunch . So we place 2 individual orders over the phone for now 8 people so it gives the restaurant time to prepare and of course time for us to eat . As soon as we arrive we seat in their large table of about 10 and here comes a large individual of a waiter and approaches us and asks “ did you all come yesterday to eat here “ I said yes we did, he then responds “ you guys walked out without paying for your food and if it doesn’t get paid we will to deduct the money from the waitress that attended you “ . I looked at him completely confused and dumbstruck , I’m like excuse me . Here I am embarrassed looking at him and my surroundings, not only are there people in separate tables around me that just heard what he accused us of but other co workers that just heard that we walked out on our tab the day prior . So I’m like there is some kind of mistake and I asked the unprofessional abnormal heavy set gym swimming short short shorts wearing waiter can we discuss this at the register where it’s more private . I follow him up to register and out comes from the back kitchen this sweet old lady and I explain to her there has to be a mistake she then says I’m so sorry , the waitress that attended you yesterday was new and probably made a mistake and the people you see working today were not here yesterday, so in my head “ I’m thinking then why did your waiter come straight to our table and accuse us of walking out on our tab” . So she then says don’t worry I will remove this from the register and I’m sorry, I then responded it’s ok , thank you and again I’m sorry for the unfortunate incident . So as I go back to the table everyone had there food but no one had drinks, so here comes the unpleasant waiter and I say to him may we order drinks , he says “ what drinks can I get you “ we ordered 8 drinks and he goes back to the register, so being there about 10 min everyone is looking up waiting for their drinks only to see the large Barbaric waiter talking away with no care what’s so over about our drink order, so another 5 min pass and everyone is pretty much done with there food. Then another table walks in and I’m guessing there were locals or frequent customers because my table witness the barbaric waiter sprint to them with drinks in hand to greet them . That’s when I got impatient and went to register and asked for the total tab and paid for everyone and canceled any drinks that were ordered that we never received. I then asked to speak with the very sweet caring lady and explained to her what had just happened and of course she apologized and asked for us to continue to return and she would handle the situation. The sad part of all this was their food , atmosphere and coffee are awesome but just for one individual and their snooty, arrogant, heavy breathing attitude can really leave a bad taste in someone’s mouth and really hurt local business owners that are just trying to prosper in this terrible economy that we all currently live in ."

"Honestly, I adored this place when I first moved here, but over the last year their service has severely declined. I got about once every other week or so as my "junk" food, and the last few times, it has been super just unimpressive. I keep getting ignored or forgotten, even when its me and one other person in the whole café. Today was sort of the final straw. I ordered ahead because I didnt want to dine in today, and got there around the time my food was supposed to be ready. They gave me my coffee then said it would be a little longer on the sandwich. I finally got it twenty minutes later and took it home (two minutes) and it was cold and my sandwich is soggy. The food is so good but I'm so disappointed to have spent 20 dollars on a coffee and a soggy sandwich. They also only gave me half a handful of fries, which I paid extra and they gave me less then if I had dined in."
