The night before I got a loyalty program text saying I had 50% off a drink but had forgotten to mention it and I did not read the part that said I had to “click the link” to apply the discount. Well that was absolutely my fault but I told the barista when I had gotten my drink and she said she would ask, and when she came back she said they had reimbursed my drink. WHAT?!!! The young & friendly staff always greet you with an infectious smile making every visit pleasant. From rich hot conventional coffees, teas to iced coffees & infused teas, refreshing smoothies, and shakes, their drinks are consistently delicious. We have tried their iced coffees a few times. Even with an iced coffee, that rich coffee flavor truly shines through. I highly recommend them!"

"I heard from my daughter that this coffee shop has affordable prices, so I went to buy a coffee. I was surprised that the portion was larger and cheaper than Starbucks. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including smoothies, Refreshers, fruit tea, Dirty Pop, and energy drinks—something for both kids and adults. I really like this place! Both the coffee and fruit tea are highly recommended."

"If I could give a million stars, I would! Any parent knows the struggle of driving around with a sleeping baby and needing to stop at a drive-thru. When I opened the window and quietly let the employee know that my daughter had just fallen asleep, she immediately whispered back. After taking my order, she even ran inside to let the rest of the staff know. When it was time to receive my drink, the music was completely turned off (and y'all know 151 blasts music!). I’ve been through countless drive-thrus, and no one has ever gone this far above and beyond to make sure my daughter stayed asleep. On top of that, the coffee was amazing! "I stopped by the 151 Coffee in Coppell around 8 AM this morning, just before a work meeting. Honestly, I was having a pretty rough morning — one of those days where things just aren’t going right. There was a small mistake with my drink, but honestly, I wouldn’t have even noticed if she hadn’t caught it first. She immediately offered to fix it, and even with a line of about 20 cars behind me, she came out with the biggest smile, sincerely apologized, and made it right right away. I told her multiple times it was completely fine and that I didn’t mind the mistake at all, but she was so determined to make it right — her kindness and dedication really stood out. She couldn’t have been older than 17 or 18, but the way she carried herself was beyond her years — kind, calm, confident, and incredibly thoughtful. Her positivity completely turned my morning around. Before I left, she gave me a little fist bump — I don’t know why, but that small gesture really stuck with me. It felt genuine and kind, and it made the whole experience even more memorable. I wish I could thank her in person. Since I’m not from the area, I probably won’t have the chance to come back anytime soon, but I hope this message somehow makes its way to her or to someone on the management team. She may be new, but she’s already making a difference. Sometimes it’s not about the drink or the speed of service — it’s about how someone makes you feel. And she made a total stranger’s bad morning feel a lot brighter. So thank you!
