From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with genuine warmth and respect, making you feel less like a customer and more like part of their family. That level of hospitality is rare and immediately sets this place apart. The food is outstanding. The sandwiches are hands-down some of the best I’ve had—fresh, flavorful, and made with clear attention to quality. Their pantry items are equally impressive, offering rich, well-balanced flavors that are not overly sugary, but instead perfectly crafted with just the right amount of sweetness. Cleanliness is another major highlight. The entire café is spotless, including the restrooms, which is something I always pay close attention to and truly appreciate. It reflects the pride they take in both their space and their guests’ experience. Overall, Gas Coffee delivers excellence across the board: amazing food, outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional cleanliness. "I stopped by this coffee shop right at opening (6:30am) with my cousin, and to my surprise, there were already about six other people there which to me says it must be good! Even with it being that busy so early, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m assuming the woman with the accent was the owner, or she’s simply very passionate about what she does either way, she made the experience even better. She recommended their new almond and coconut chocolate tart, and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and vanilla, and it was honestly one of the best lattes I’ve had in a long time. My cousin went with the coffee cake, which was just as tasty. Definitely worth the early morning visit!"

"GAS is my favorite place to go to meet friends, work on a project or just go have a little me time! The coffee and food are wonderful, the staff creates a family like atmosphere where regulars are greeted by name. Cannot rave enough about this Coffee Shop! Definitely worth visiting! "I love a good family-owned small business. This little coffee shop is fantastic, and offers a drive-thru as well as dine-in option. Coffee is great, service is fantastic (owner, his wife, family, and coworkers frequently stop by my table and ask if they can get me anything, bus the table and remove finished items). This is one of my favorite places to study early in the mornings. It can get quite busy on weekends by 11am-noon, so you may need headphones depending on how you work. Big fan of this business. I see the owner and family having conversations with regular customers frequently. You can see the connections and relationships they build. This is what small business is about: building and strengthening the community. Highly recommend."

"Gas Coffee is one of my favorite spots in Coppell and a coffee shop worth seeking out. It’s owned by a wonderful, genuinely kind family, and they make it a point to welcome everyone who walks in…and not in a superficial or performative way. They speak to each guest with genuine warmth, hospitality, and care. It sets the vibe for the whole place. The coffee is excellent and the food really fresh, but the people and the service are what stand out. Audrey is especially great at listening to what you like and coming up with something that matches your taste. I’ve had a few drinks there that started as “I’m in the mood for something like…” and what she handed me ended up being exactly right. Gas Coffee is friendly, relaxed, welcoming, and consistent in all the ways that matter. Coppell is lucky to have a place like this."
