"Coffee is generally good as are the coffee beans. My main reason for the rating is because I have repeatedly reached out to management/ownership and have not heard back. I initiated contact with the staff at least three times initially and they were unable to assist. They suggested I use the email on the website because it would reach the owners. I also followed up via email three times. The issue is that somebody had apparently entered my number into the system and started redeeming my rewards. The fact that somebody else redeemed the points I earned and none of the management here cared to get back with me about it is problematic. I still don't know if the issue is fixed and I guess I can forget about getting my rewards back. Very disappointed."

"This new location is REALLY nice and spacious. I dropped by for a cappuccino this morning to check it out and chat with the staff. Of course, both the coffee and the employees are amazing, as you'd expect from Liberation Coffee. It's a little hard to find at the moment because they haven't put up the sign yet, but they're open. Go support local and tip generously!"

"Unlike Starbucks which blasts music at a decibel where you can't hear anyone or yourself, they play calm, chill music that allows you to work if necessary. Wifi is free, food and coffee is not overpriced. I would definitely go here more if I was closer to this cafe!"
