What People Are Saying
from Google"The order taker/ sandwich maker was so slow that customers went else where including my family and I. We saw a lot of business lost as we waited a long time in line. Then we left too."
"I stopped here last week, and the employees were amazing! They informed me right off the bat that they were low on most flavors and only had almond milk, that didn’t bother me… just encouraged me to try something new! I felt bad for them when I was able to see how relieved they were when they told me of their supply and how I didn’t get upset or react! I tried an almond milk mocha and it was amazing! I noticed that the entire airport was short staffed, but the people who showed up and worked the coffee shop, the bar and the restaurant had better attitudes than I would have knowing how many people didn’t come in that day! For reference because the employees were AWESOME I was there March 6th at about 12:30ish, the girl was just getting off and the guy was just coming on shift! Thank you to those who show up and roll with the punches!!!"
"Stopped here on the way to the gate on June 11, 2020. The lady running the shop is an amazing, one-woman wrecking crew (in a good way)! She asked us if we wanted coffee on the way by. She then listed off what breakfast items they had ready and what they could make. Then while she was making our order she was also taking other orders, answering people’s questions, saying goodbye to the people at the tables outside the restaurant and cleaning the tables in between each customer. If she’s the owner, I hope her business does well! If you’re the owner you should pay her more (or she might go work at a car dealership and make like $200k a year). Really appreciated the good service!"
"Alright, I know this is just an airport coffee shop, but let's just say there is a lot of room for improvement. The food was ok, however the coffee left a lot to be desired. The worker was very friendly, but did not seem to understand how to properly make a latte. The milk was way overheated (still too hot 15 minutes later) and poorly textured, and the espresso tasted poor. The doser in the grinder was full of preground coffee which was used instead of grinding the beans fresh. Also, the steam wand on their espresso machine was absolutely filthy. It was covered with milk residue from who knows when. I questioned even accepting the drink because of this, and in the end I threw most of it away. They had all of the proper equipment to make good coffee, however, it seems there needs to be some training on how to use it."
"Lady opened the coffeeshop at 4:30am on a Sunday. It was locked before that, not sure when they close. Didn't buy anything. Just noting that for future reference since Google says they are open 24hrs when in fact they are not"
