"5 Stars - No question. This is hands-down the best coffee shop in Cypress, and quite honestly… it was LONG overdue. The drinks are fantastic, only outshined by the great service. The staff is friendly, skilled, and absolutely knows their stuff. I believe they roast their own beans out of their location in the Heights (blends and single origin). If you spend an inordinate amount of time in coffee shops like I do, trust me that you will taste the quality. I come here often to work. It’s a cozy, nicely decorated shop. Very comfortable and easy to settle into (and with plenty of plugs). My go-tos are the Spanish Latter or a cortado. I usually pair it with either a pastry or some breakfast tacos. The baristas are extremely skilled though - so can’t really go wrong (my recommendation would be just to explore the menu and find your drink — lots of inventive and delicious choices). "The coffee shop offers a delightful experience from the moment you arrive. The drinks are freshly made on-site, allowing you to appreciate the preparation process. I tried the hot chocolate, while my companions enjoyed an island latte and a regular latte, all of which were excellent. A nice touch was the design on my hot chocolate, although it ended up hidden under the cap. The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly, quick, and attentive, maintaining a clean and efficient environment. While the atmosphere was somewhat average, the choice of furniture and decor was appealing. It felt a bit empty, but the spacious tables are perfect for studying or gathering with friends, complemented by a cozy area equipped with cushioned chairs and coffee tables for casual conversations. Overall, this new coffee shop is a fantastic addition to the area. Despite being newly opened, which may come with minor hiccups, it provides an enjoyable experience that makes it worth your visit. I would recommend it."

"Spacious, clean and nice spot to hangout, socialize or work. Lots of choices for coffee, snacks including croissants, tacos, empanadas and more. We ordered Pistachio latte and Hazelnut. I personally did not really like the Pistachio latte as it had an ingredient taste (perhaps the brown stuff they put not sure what it was) which I did not like. Hazelnut was good. Service was friendly but can be a bit more quick. We maybe back to try other options. Also hope that they are able to keep some bacon free / ham free options for croissants etc."

"Great coffee, the same good pastries that most of the locals shops (like Summer Moon, for example) carry, and good service. I was surprised that they charged $5 for a cup of drip and then there was no refills. Haven’t seen that before. Kinda small, and gets a little noisy around 9-10, but otherwise comfy and a nice spot with super clean bathrooms."

"I bought a freshly roasted coffee here to enjoy at home as espresso or latte and I would say that the taste is amazing, super crema demonstrating how fresh the coffee was. The shop atmosphere was also great, I saw many people there enjoying their coffee and had a chat. Highly recommend."
