What People Are Saying
from Google"360 Brunch House was like striking brunch gold—and yes, I’m still thinking about it. We stopped in after an early morning of community service with the Hotcake Hustle, already hungry and tired, and this place absolutely delivered. From the moment we walked in, the energy was right, the service was on point, and the food did not come to play. Shoutout to our server, Jewel—friendly, attentive, and let’s just say… easy on the eyes. Service with a smile always hits harder. Food-wise? 🔥 Kaleah and I ordered the Cowboy bowl—steak bites, scrambled eggs with cheese, and potatoes. Let me be very clear: this was real steak, not that shaved mystery meat trying to pass for beef. Seasoned well, cooked right, and hearty enough to recover from volunteering and living. Another friend ordered the French Toast, and honestly, the picture tells the whole story—golden, fluffy, and tasting exactly how it looked. Someone else went with the Chicken Ranch Wrap with fries, and that plate was cleaned… which is always the real review. Now let’s talk drinks, because brunch without cocktails is just breakfast with responsibilities. We had a French 75, an Old Fashioned, and a Classic Margarita, and every single one was crafted exceptionally well. Balanced, smooth, and poured with intention—not heavy-handed chaos, not watered-down regret. Respect. Overall, 360 Brunch House checks all the boxes: great food, strong cocktails, solid service, and a vibe that feels celebratory without being chaotic. If you’re looking for a place that understands brunch is both a meal and a mood, this is it. I’ll absolutely be back."
"This is what I'm looking for when I'm looking for brunch. Great menu... strong and creative drinks... a chill vibe! Check...check and check! The staff was attentive and friendly. The vibes were great and it had a food and cocktail menu that is perfection. I had the hot honey chicken and waffles with the whiskey sangria and I was very satisfied. Love this place and would come back."
"This was definitely not the best experience for our monthly cousin brunch. First the atmosphere: the restaurant is dark and moody, but well lit. It's not the largest location and the waiting area is tight. There is seating outside, but you then have to contend with the heat in the summer. The table chairs were comfortable and I didn't feel like my knees were at my ears. The tables are not big enough to hold the food and drinks (we bought the mimosa flight) and it felt like we were crowding each other at the table. Side note: At 5'9", I'm always critical of seating. Next, the service: Gabriella the hostess was god-awful. She was rude and very unfriendly. When we walked up and gave the name the reservation was under, mine, her immediate response was, "there's no one under that name." She didn't ask to repeat it, spell it or even attempt to try to find it. She just kept saying we didn't have a reservation until someone else came over and asked for the telephone number it was under. Voila! There's the reservation. The girl NEVER smiled. She treated everyone that came through the door the same way because we watched her. Now our sever was great! She was gracious and made us feel completely welcome and comfortable. She didn't smother us with attention but made sure we were taken care of. A perfect balance. The manger, Cliff, needs to get a new hostess or get Gabriella some training. Lastly is the food: three of us had the chicken and waffles, while one of us just ordered the simple breakfast. The cheddar waffles were just the right amount of crispy fluffiness. And the chicken was dee-lish-usss! The perfect seasoning with crispy skin and juicy meat. It came with watermelon sprinkled with tajin. The only downside was the mimosas didn't have all the juices advertised. They were out of the mango and pomegranate so we ordered the basic: pineapple, peach, orange and cranberry. All in all, this was not a totally bad experience, but the hostess ruined what could of been a great one."
"Today was our 2nd time at this place. 1st time was great so we returned and took our son for his bday. Everything was great until we started eating our $22 Flaming Apple Whisky Toast and saw there was a long dark hair on the caramel under the bottom toast. We commented to our waiter and he took the plate and check with payment at the same time and said "I'll take care of this" and never returned with a response. Anything. We weren't looking for a free meal! But an apology would have been great. As we left we noticed a few females with dark hair color in the kitchen. Maybe hair nets should be worn when handling food. Not sure that we'll be giving it a 3rd try!"
"The ONLY thing holding me back from giving a 4 was the service. Let me begin with the positives. The food was excellent! Hands down a 5!!! Very good portion sizes and everything tasted fresh including but not limited to the fruit. The service was not very good. You walk in and the host has his back to you and you have to walk around to get noticed and greeted He also wasn't very welcoming. Oh definitely get onto the waitlist as we did and for a party of 2 which we were it was nearly a 75 minute wait on a Sunday at 1. Next the server took a very long time to take our order. Our order came and the eggs were supposed to have potatoes and toast but they didn't have either. I was unable to inform my server because I never saw him again until we were done eating and it was time for the check. The place is very very loud and is difficult to have a conversation. The seating is very European as the tables are very close to one another which personally I don't mind but with it being so loud it just added to the noise. Bottom line food is spectacular service is sub par and atmosphere is very loud"
