"Black Sheep Coffee in Dallas is a great spot for both a quick stop or a place to hang out for some coffee. One nice perk is the drive-thru, which is perfect if you’re in a rush. The Norwegian waffles were delicious, and the coffee was good (though not piping hot). Inside, chill vibes, there’s plenty of seating, making it a solid place to get some work done or just relax. Ordering is done via touch screen, which makes customizing your drink easy and convenient without having to order at the counter. Overall, a good experience- I’d recommend it and would definitely come back for another coffee and snack."

"Let’s start with the good news. They nailed the atmosphere. There’s a great variety of seating options and visually the colors and artworks made me feel like I was in an interesting and creative space. The coffee drinks were average plus. Now, the not so good news. The service felt slow. The peanut butter and banana waffle had almost no banana on it. We returned it and the second go ‘round they presented us with what looked like an entirely different order. But it was what we ordered, it was just prepared the proper way. This tells me that they are still working out their quality control issues. They also didn’t provide us with napkins and there were none out for self-service. The plain waffle could have used a bit of butter and syrup. But there was no condiments counter where I could grab these little enhancements that would make the experience better for me while at the same time not disrupting the staff’s workflow. We’ll come back in a few months and see how things are progressing."
