There was a suspicious white BMW 4 door sedan parked directly in front of this place and I unknowingly parked next to them. There were 2 oriental young men in the BMW watching me which I thought was odd. As I got in my vehicle and picked up my phone to check it, there was a bright blue screen with Chinese letters on it."
