"We have been coming for years. The owner is nice. It’s just today I went to pick up my paid pre-order for my child’s Halloween donuts and she gave me the donuts picture. I asked for 18 Halloween donuts and 18 glazed to be decorated. I didn’t get what I paid for. None of the donuts have orange and black together and not one glazed donut. This place is good for pickup donuts on the go, but not pre-orders. I paid $54 for dollars and only got back $18 to go and find some regular donuts at another donut shop. I had to beg for the $18, because she kept saying sorry and I could get some donuts on discount tomorrow, but I told her I needed the donuts for today only. She didn’t have any glazed donuts on hand and wanted to offer me donuts I did not need or requested. Moving forward I will find another donut shop to go to, because the owner know the order was wrong and all she could tell me it was a busy morning and to come back tomorrow to get what I ordered. That’s not good business morals and I had to beg for $18 to find 18 regular glazed donuts."

"You can order ahead and have Kolachis ready as early as 5am. This location has a line out the door some mornings, and the people here will remember you if you come on a regular basis. If your spouse usually comes with you and happens to miss a visit, they'll notice and offer the person's favorite item be added to your order. The croissant Kolachis are great, as well as the old fashioned donuts made with sour cream. Definitely go with both savory and sweet in your order. Choosing the jumbo size Kolachi to makes it easier to fill up on these tasty treats."

"This is the single greatest donut place in Dallas. And, I know what you’re thinking, “all of these donut shops are the same...” This one is not. The donuts are fantastic and they have a great variety, but the best thing about this store is owner/cashier. She is the sweetest person on planet earth, and the epitome of customer service. This will sound like a fake story, but it’s not. After purchasing donuts this morning, and her providing several extras for free “just because,” we both looked out and noticed that it had started to pour. Without hesitation, she left her post behind the counter, grabbed her umbrella, and walked me to my car so that I wouldn’t get wet. A true sweetheart, and this place will forever get my business."
