"I met a friend here this morning, and we had an excellent experience: Service: Outstanding, kept the coffee mugs full on a chilly morning, always with a smile and positive vibes. Food: I had the chicken fried steak and eggs over easy with crispy hash browns and biscuits/gravy, and every component of the plate was top notch, impressive execution for this little family diner. Space: we met at 8 to avoid a wait, and it worked. The place was packed when we left around 9:30. We had a comfy booth away from the door that was warm and cozy. HIghly recommended, will be back soon."

"Very small restaurant but the food was very good and classic. I got the steak and eggs and added a side of ham. The steak was pretty good for a $14 value. The ham was amazing, most definitely savory and I loved the char on it. For the amount of food I was heavily satisfied with the price."
