"Char on the menu. Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a Frappuccino and was given plain iced coffee – the ice wasn’t blended at all. The pigs in a blanket were completely burned, rock-hard, topped with charred jalapeño. They should never have been served in that condition. To make things worse, the older Hispanic woman at the drive-thru window was rude from the start. She acted annoyed while taking my order and made mocking faces when I raised a concern and made me pay for replacement sausage rolls. Completely unprofessional. This used to be my favorite spot, and I’ve left positive reviews before. But after being treated this way and served inedible food, I don’t know if I can come back."

"Well was not greeted I said good morning and crickets. Asked for a few items lady by the name of Rosie according to the receipt. which by the way I had to take myself because she stepped away and left us there was extremely rude. No other customers so it wasn’t due it being busy. Donuts are ok nothing to make me want to go back. Not customer friendly and meh donuts"

"While visiting bishop arts I decided to try this small business with my family. To start off the Hispanic lady behind the counter acted completely unprofessional and had zero customer service. She took a part of my order and proceeded to move onto the other customers making me wait. Im standing there watching them make everyone's orders and they haven't even finished taking mine. Second I asked for a item on the menu that is HIGHLIGHTED and marked as NEW ITEM. She then tells me they dont sell that, as I literally point it out on the menu! She seemed offended by our presence and made us all uncomfortable. I do not recommend and will not be returning."

"I’m being very serious when I say the blueberry cake donut is the best donut I’ve ever eaten. Ever. The vegetarian breakfast tacos are incredible too. Love the option of the drive thru. And I was happy they open so early. I ate here every day during my visit to Dallas, I wish I lived here!"

"My wife wanted breakfast tacos this morning. This was the worst experience at a neighborhood donut shop every. Wasn’t greeted with any kind of nice welcoming. Woman behind the counter was very rude and abrupt with us like we offended her by just being customers. I asked for a kolche and she just straight up ignored me. Everything we ordered she acted like it was such a hassle and problem for her to get. Then we get home and open up our tacos to the most dismal display of a breakfast taco I’ve ever seen. Hardly any filling at all, way more tortilla than filling. We were not thanked for our business or anything on the way out. Terrible experience. Terrible service. Terrible food. Will not be going back!!!"
