"Enjoyed an Americano with a shot of vanilla. The espresso shots were well balanced and smooth. I finished the coffee pretty fast so I don’t know what else to say (it was that good). My wife really enjoyed her latte as well. This place is affiliated and/or is a sister cafe to the Flying Horse at the Magnolia Hotel. The atmosphere inside the Exchange is nice. This was my first time visiting Dallas and it left such a great impression that I won’t ever forget it. Lots of seating inside and the layout is perfect."

"Got the bacon egg and cheese “burrito” but it’s the size of a taco for $6. Additionally, the bacon seems only warmed up. It’s not crisp at all which makes me wonder if it’s cooked properly. I thought I got the wrong order at first, but nope. Just raw looking bacon. I couldn’t finish it and what I did taste was bland. Don’t waste your time."

"A solid spot for a quick breakfast and coffee. The coffee was quite tasty but the lid/cup kept leaking, I think they were low quality. The food left a bit to be desired but hit the spot in the moment. The sandwich was much better than the chilimigas, these were quite expensive for not much food. Would probably skip coming here my next visit."

"Arrived 45 minutes before closing, the employee was clearly annoyed that we stopped by and took her a while to acknowledge us. Ordered a peppermint white mocha and got a plain regular mocha. Also ordered and iced matcha and it was hot. I decided to not bother getting this corrected, given the attitude when we arrived. Honestly will be going to the Starbucks next door next time. Apart from the service, the drink was subpar."

"For the exchange this place is good. Who thunk u can change up a grill cheese. The decor cool, the service by Tommy good. If you want a take on classic and out of the niche places, try here. OH the coffee is good too."
