"They (and this was the terminal A location) have a lot of great options here, especially for herbal tea. We got a really good mint herbal tea, yummy juice, and a delicious brownie. The customer service was very likely some of the best I’ve gotten in my LIFE."

"I went to the location inside Terminal A and the batista is an older gentleman who works hard, but is under staffed. I was politely greeted by the batista, and he told me "I will be right with you". It took a while to get my drink, but he is literally the only one working. Please give this man a staff for faster turn around time. I took 2 stars off for the owner who is not hiring enough staff."

"Coming off my plane, I needed coffee ASAP. Got a 16oz Iced Caramel Latte, and it was so good. Tastes very smooth and creamy. Now, the reason this has 3 stars is because of how dirty the seating area is. I know that there may not be a lot of staff, but at least wiping down the tables would make it better."

"Ham cheese onion and broccoli quiche had only tiny particles of anything other than egg. All for $10. Likely their rents are incredibly high but it was not a great food experience. DFW should offer fairer prices."
