"I was a regular at this location, but lately it hasn't been the same. There seems to be a big, consistent staff turnover and the two tacos for $8.00 on my last visit were a huge disappointment. There was maybe a teaspoon of eggs, fatty, undercooked bacon and not much else. The "everything" bagel was hard as a rock, and had about five poppy seeds on it - that was it. Hoping they get back on track again soon so I can be a loyal, happy customer again."

"Sadly I came in eager to receive warm welcome and to relax. Sadly no one noticed us walking in, no one asked if we needed help. As I approached the register I asked about Hot Tea 🍵 and the girl could recommend anything g, she didn’t know what they have to offer, she tried but it didn’t help at all. I hit something and sat down, hoping it was just me being “dramatic” but later on as I sat and watched I head the three young ladies just giggling and playing among themselves. I observed how they criticized a young couple as they walked out after spending their money in there!! (Not professional at all) no one wiped down the table the couple left. They spilled something on the floor and they laugh after dropping it. One girl made oat meal and the lid fell on floor and still picked it up and places it on oat meal cup, she looks at the other one and just laugh. I’m not here to judge BUT one of them was showing too much skin, their dress code is just bad, only one girl had an apron on. Can’t believe they touch food and drinks with after shaking head /hair side to side and touching it, never saw them Washing hands. I honestly thought it was the same as Bishop Arts white rhino but NOTHING like it!!!!very disappointing! Will NEVER come back. Last picture yall can see the girl in red posing for the camera, because they were taking photos on a tablet. Other pic yall can see the spill on the floor. NEVER AGAIN!!! This is insane!! Cherry on top as we left no one said a word, been to other White Rhinos and they do all the opposite!! So sad I was too far from the Arlington one or North Dallas one! Those two are my favorite. I prefer Arlington because it’s parking space, but the North Dallas is cute too love the gold building. Anyway I hope my review helps White Rhino ( The Roastery) find GREAT employees that actually care and are willing to give not world class but a bit of customer service."

"This is my morning go-to coffee shop and there’s always delicious seasonal flavors and great lattes here each morning. I’ve also tried the various small breakfast options like the avocado toast and single tacos and all the salsas that come with it are so good. Jocelyn makes the best lattes and always does it with such a nice and welcoming manner, it is a pleasure getting to see her and get my morning coffee."

"The Dallas Coffee Passport brought me here. The manager, Ariel, is amazingly hospitable. If you order a hot drink to go, open the lid!! I found a heart in mine! The place is such a vibe. Also, best banana muffin ever! I posted a pic of it but I had already eaten it 🤭"

"Customer service was good. My latte wasn't. I ordered a Snickerdoodle hot and it didn't taste anything close to it. I have had it in Waxahachie/cedar hill/Arlington/Red Oak inside the church and Midlothian when it was open. This one tastes like I was drinking a glass of hot milk. Not sure what was the issue here."
