"We go here about once a month to refill our 5 gallon water jugs. We love the water quality and friendly service! They always load the jugs in the car after filling them. I have terminal cancer and loading those jugs just wipes me out. We also like that they rinse the inside of the jug and wipe down the exterior."

"Made online order for drive thru pickup, was given teas through drive thru, (one Texas chai and one regular sweet) tried them while driving away and was given unsweet regular) I came back and walked in to correct my order and a blonde employee with glasses asked me what was wrong, I advised and showed my receipt that I was given incorrect order. She appeared annoyed and looked unwilling to correct my order but grabbed the cup and came back with a replacement tea with little to no ice. I walked back to My truck, tasted it and again was given the wrong flavor of tea. I walked back inside and poured my own correct order of tea. While waiting in line, the woman in front of my while dealing with the blonde employee with glasses had a coupon and was advised that she couldn’t use said coupon. The customer asked to speak to the manager, to which the employee refused and said she was busy in the back. Once it was time for me to deal with the employee, I advised that she once again gave me the wrong flavor and that I poured the correct one with a normal amount of ice. She charged me for my correct tea despite never getting what I initially paid for. Terrible customer service."

My go-to drink is the Sweet Green Almond mixed with the unsweet regular tea—hands down the best combo they have. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they make every visit quick and easy. Highly recommend to any tea lover!"

"I love the tea choices HOWEVER the staff is rude. Drive thru handed me 2 gallons that were dripping and sticky and when I asked if she could wipe them off, she set it on my car window sill. (Leaving sticky in side and out on my vehicle) I went in to speaking to the manager and he was less than helpful."

"I LOVE HTeaO but out of all the locations in DFW I have visited, this is my least favorite. The parking lot and ease of car navigation is poor. The staff is not overly friendly and the few times we have ordered specialty drinks, like the Poppi Cream Sode mix, it's never made right at this location. We also found out that this location did not accept online orders. If that has changed, then I apologize. Even with all these rants, I still give HTeaO 4 stars due to the amazing tea and range of options."
