"This place used to be a great spot for a morning coffee and even if I was not getting a coffee I would bring my laptop and sit down and used to do my business meetings and so on here. But here’s the problem ever since the lady maha left the business and this new other lady took over the the business she literally has an attitude towards people. I was a loyal customer and I would come every day to drink my coffee there and the employees are outstanding especially that one young female employee the Muslim one she has been there ever since maha was there and her customer service job is absolutely phenomenal. I came in the coffee shop once after this new lady or manager and she almost does not care about the employees or the customers and that employee basically looks like the manager rather than the employee and at this point that young Muslim employee should be the manager. I mean I can’t imagine being a manager running a business and yet I have zero knowledge or experience in what’s happening there and I have to ask the employees to teach me how things are going around. Back in the days you could come in the coffee shop and sit down and peacefully study or go on business meetings without being harassed, now if you can in and do the same you can’t even sit down unless you get harassed by this new female manager and the way she is representing the business is really going downhill especially the way she treats different people like as if they are in different classes. If she sees you to be someone who appears rich or whatever she gets up leaves her phone and pretends nice and when a normal person comes in she gives them certain looks that makes them not even want to come back ever again. I mean this a beautiful coffee shop and it used to have loyalty customers who would come in every day and now no one even bothers to come in because of this lady and her representation on the business. I hope she reads this and actually does work and helps out her employees instead of just sitting down on her phone all day and needs to treat customers like they are coming into a place of eye rolling free. I hope to come back soon maybe there will be someone who would run the business better and can bring customers back to the business. I have always been a loyal customer and this is my honest review on the business currently. I rated the service 5 stars because of that employee I mentioned prior and her customer service jobs is phenomenal. I don’t think this lady is doing any justice to the customers and is only chasing customers out rather than bringing more in because this is ridiculous to finally have a café shop you really liked but now it’s run by someone who is incompetent and has zero knowledge on how to serve her own customers. She is already off to a bad start."

"I got a latte and it was amazing! The service was also amazing, the lady at the front helped answer our questions and gave great recommendations and was just so kind. She even told us that if we needed our coffee sweeter just to let her know and she gave us a free mango drink because she had a little left over from the previous order and didn’t want to just throw it out! Definitely coming back"

"Recently tried this cafe for the first time and customer service was absolutely amazing! I got just a regular 16oz drip which was amazing and perfectly strong . Along with their new pie (can’t remember the name) with the Dubai chocolate. The pie was good , a little too sweet for my liking but very creamy. And the chocolate was good however it lacked more pistachio cream , which made the kolof very dry . No matter the ambiance and coffee were amazing , would go again !"

"Stopped by this coffee shop on a rainy day and it was the perfect little refuge. The drink options were great, and I especially loved the chai—warm, flavorful, and just what I needed. The ambience was inviting with plenty of comfortable seating, making it a nice place to relax or get some work done. My only complaint would be the harsh fluorescent lighting, which felt a bit out of place in an otherwise cozy setting. Some softer, warmer lighting would take the atmosphere to the next level. Still, a great spot I’d happily return to!"

However, the texture of the pistachio pieces—resembling sharp shards—detracted from the experience. As a homemade product, I hope this isn’t a recurring issue. While I loved the flavor blend, the texture could use refinement for a better overall experience. Cheesecake Cinnamon Roll A must-try when warmed for about 20 seconds—this step is essential to soften the frosting, as the rolls are refrigerated. The cinnamon roll strikes the perfect balance between sweet and savory. Despite the thick ribbons of cinnamon sugar, the dough keeps the sweetness in check. The gooey center, as expected, steals the show and is an absolute delight. Lemon Cupcake This cupcake is a lemon lover’s dream. The lemon flavor permeates every bite, and the surprise lemon jam center adds a delightful burst of tartness. While it resembles a downsized Costco lemon cupcake in appearance, it surpasses it by miles in taste and quality. The absence of any artificial flavor makes it my go-to spot for satisfying a lemon cake craving. Strawberry Matcha This drink caters to those with a strong sweet tooth. Initially, it was too sweet for my preference, with limited strawberry purée blending into the drink. However, midway through, the sweetness subsided, leaving behind a standard iced matcha that I enjoyed much more. While it wasn’t a personal favorite, it’s an excellent choice for anyone who loves sweeter beverages. Praline Latte with Extra Shot The barista recommended this as a winter menu favorite, and it did not disappoint. The rich, nutty flavor of the praline paired perfectly with the café’s bold coffee. The extra shot on the side was an added bonus, highlighting the quality of their coffee. This drink is a must-try for anyone seeking a cozy winter beverage. Overall, Nur Café is a fantastic spot with a diverse menu and quality offerings. Whether you're looking for unique treats, bold coffee, or a serene place to relax, it’s worth visiting—and revisiting!"
