Our food was great the sandwiches were very savory, the bread was soft, the strawberry smoothie was perfect. The food overall was delicious, very well-seasoned and the place itself was very cozy."

"Had a breakfast get-together with one of my good buddies and my partner. I was blown away by how beautiful this restaurant is on the inside! Our server--I wish I had gotten her name, but she had the cutest pearl earrings-- was SO helpful and recommended us a yummy strawberry green tea refresher! It was perfect and not too sweet! Drinks were great, my buddy got a blended mocha with a shot of chocolate mint flavor, and that looked so good! :D Also, the food was AWESOME!!! I got the coffee zone supreme omlette with no mushrooms, and it was HEAVENLY! They make their buscuits and tortillas are made fresh at the restaurant, and I could tell that they put a lot of focus on the quality of their meals☆ Even their breakfast tacos, which my partner got, were stuffed full of egg and potato! 100/10 experience, definitely wanna go there again and try more options! :D"

The price for what we got was better than the other breakfast places around rn. Only thing that we were dissatisfied with was some of the mex breakfast plates weren’t noted as weekend only. "I try not to leave negative reviews for small/local businesses, but my experience at CoffeeZone was so disappointing that I felt it was needed in order for there to be some improvement. From the start, the service was abysmal. We had to wait an unusually long time to be seated, and then an even longer time just to receive menus (in a restaurant with maybe 50% capacity). Once we finally got our food and coffee order in, the wait for our food felt like forever. The staff were inattentive throughout our entire visit. Several of them were on their phones, and we could barely get anyone’s attention when we needed something. Our server never checked on us after bringing our food, leaving us feeling completely ignored. As for the food, it was a huge letdown. I ordered the Chilaquiles, and the chicken was dry, cold, and hard—honestly, it tasted like a piece of frozen chicken that you reheat from the microwave for a bit too long. When I mentioned it to the staff, they offered to replace it with another breakfast item, but we had to wait 15 minutes just to be told they couldn’t make breakfast anymore. The overall lack of care and poor service made this a very frustrating experience. I left hungry and disappointed, and I most likely won’t be coming back any time soon. I want to reiterate I do not believe it was the server's fault entirely, but rather the lack of management properly training front of house and back of house staff. The overall experience can be improved with basic service that management should teach staff. Takeaway Points 1. Greet everyone coming in/leaving 2. Menus at table upon seating. 3. 2-Minute greets and drink order from the server 4. Once any item is on the table return within 5-minutes and ask about the quality of the food. 5. If something is being remade or changed make sure that the order goes through in the kitchen before having a guest wait 15 minutes for a "sorry we can no longer make that item" excuse."

"I love the coffee here! It’s not overly sweet and the brew is strong. The coffee prices seem fair for the size when you dine in. The portion size on the food is a little small, but definitely filling. I will say they might be just a bit pricey. The music and mood is quite relaxing and enjoyable. Our waitress was extremely nice and checked in often. The bathrooms are very clean and are decorated nicely . Everything is easily accessible and they are well stocked with toiletries. Will definitely be returning. Hopefully the hospitality is just as welcoming in the future."
