What People Are Saying
from Google"I love coffee shops and this one did not disappoint. The vibes were great, every space there feels like its own vibe, even the waiting area for the restroom. The drinks were great. I got the bookworm and my husband got a hot chocolate. Both very tasty. Basic hot chocolate was creamy. The library has a good selection of books, including used books at a good price. The only thing I would suggest is adding the prices on the menu for drinks. You are by a uni where most are struggling students who need to watch their finances. It’s uncomfortable to ask. I saw someone say they paid $10 for a drink which I wouldn’t pay if I knew. Idk how much our drinks costed but we paid about $15 plus the tip. I’m guessing my drink was close to $10 but I did not want to ask about every drink 😅 either way, I’ll be going back!"
"I’ll be definitely coming back, this is an amazing study place, or just to chat with friends, as well as reading alone, is very cozy, the space is fair, you won’t be touching backs with the persone behind you. The drinks are good, no complaint. You have pastries also, the cookies and pistachio croissants were delicious. I didn’t expect the library to have that much variety, exceeded my expectations. Amazing staff, very kind. Bye"
"As a full-time traveler, I love patronizing independently owned businesses that offer customers a unique cultural perspective of the community, with great customer service and a great selection of coffees, teas, sandwiches, and cold beverages, complemented by comfortable seating at tables and couches. The “Caffeinate Library” is the perfect place. My fellow world travelers will enjoy this location, offering books for sale, author book signings, open-mike evenings of poetry, book readings, and singing. As a wintering Texan, The Caffeinated Library has become my pre- and post-destination as I photograph the migratory birds of the Rio Grande Valley."
"Not a coffee connoisseur at all. Went here with a buddy who wanted to try it out. I’m always down for something new and exciting. I had The Paperback Romance which tasted great and I enjoyed thoroughly. I’m a coffee plain kind of guy and still enjoyed it. It wasn’t filled with a bunch of added sweeteners. Also had sausage egg croissant sandwich which if I’m being honest I was expecting much from. To my surprise it was tasty and quite filling. Finished it all off with a delicious chocolate chip cookie 🍪. Let me tell this thing was delightfully delicious. The atmosphere is exactly what someone would want in a coffee shop. The book selection- from what our wife’s told us - were great and they both walked out with books that they were excited about."
"Went on a Friday at 4pm and most of the tables were filled. Cute vibes with a couch area, different tables, books to check out & drinks in the back. Ordered the watermelon redbull refresher & had a bible study with some friends. So fun & would totally be back again."
