"My favorite matcha place, and the Cinamoon coffee is so good! The staff is always friendly and polite. Please fix your speaker in the drive thru. I’ve had to call the store several times to get someone to come to the window. Today I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru (if you have cameras please review the wait time) for a matcha and when I finally got to the window the gentleman told me they were out. This also happens too often. Hope this feedback helps. I really love and recommend this place, but sometimes the experience is not the best. I still bought a coffee but I wanted a matcha. 😢"

"Coffee was good and place is cute but booths definitely need repairs and the girls are very nice and helpful but they do not look presentable. Which kind of puts me off since they are handling drinks and food. I think they were working in pjs."

"This has got to be the worse summer moon location I’ve ever been to. Out of most products, out of cups, our lid was melted and wouldn’t stay on, staff are unprofessional and took forever to take a single coffee order. Save your money…not like the Austin/ SA locations"
