"There was only 1 worker and the bathroom was closed. I waited in line as she made snow cones for the long line of people individually. I was in line waiting for 30 minutes on the dot before I ordered. The worker is doing a great job and making the snow cones slowly with care, not her fault at all. But shame on Bahama Bucks for having her work alone on a holiday weekend. So wrong."

"I am very disappointed in Bahama Buck's this evening it's always been good above and beyond great and tonight not so much customer service was awful girls were rude and myself and my two kids snow cones were flavorless. We got a strawberry cheesecake and two of the shark bites or shark attacks"

"Clean environment and workers were friendly but unfortunately still left disappointed. Paid for a half full açaí bowl (I know I didn’t get fruit but even if I did I don’t see how it would’ve been filled - plus when I go to other locations with the same request I’ve never had this) I also got an oasis with ice cream instead of yogurt but the smoothie was still super watery.. the ice cream is supposed to make the smoothie thicker and creamier when made correct :("

"I came with my family and ordered , I noticed on the terminal there was a tip added but I was never asked to add a tip .. I paid and asked for my receipt. I was really confused where this tip amount came from and why the terminal did not asked me but still paid tip … I was really concerned and asked the cashier why I was charged a tip without being asked … she just shrugged and admitted that they terminal should’ve asked me ….. she did not offer me a solution or asked if I wanted to be reimbursed .. I WANT TO STATE I AM A TIPPER AND DO NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH TIPPING. I left this location with doubt and distrust. I feel like the employees were tipping themselves without my consent and they showed no concern or empathy towards my complaint"
