"I really love Braum’s, but this location will get a 4 stars because if their service. Getting ice cream for family and friends is supposed to be a happy and joyful experience especially when celebrating a birthday. Sadly, this was not the case during my visit….the staff rolled their eyes when we asked for fudge to be added to an ice cream cone and when they handed it to us it was dripping with fudge. I had to ask for it to be put in a cup. Really not professional. Besides that - the ice cream was good."

I was overwhelmed and worried we'd mess something up, but she got us in and out. I wish her nothing but the best! Keep up the good work Daisy, with your work ethic, you will make so far!"

"Had a horrible experience in the drive through. I ordered a double sundae and what I got looked like crap. I mentioned something to the kid at the window and he was like you ordered a double and I was like this doesn’t look right and he smarts off to me and says I don’t know what you want me to do, you got what you got. RUDE"

"Just wanted to say at first that our order took forever because of an error. The wonderful manager, Omar, apologized, and took a percent off our meal. Also, he comped my niece and nephew's ice creams. Wonderful guy. Thank you to everyone at this location. Good people. That's how a manager should be."
