"Excellent experience; Service, food and facility top notch. Immediately seated despite being busy and bustling to a clean, well prepared table. Our server Andrew was delightful, attentive and knew the menu well; was able to make some nice suggestions. I had one of the classic American style breakfast combos. The eggs were perfectly cooked, hashbrowns crispy on-top but soft inside, fresh biscuits were amazing, and the bacon and sausage were both perfectly cooked and tasty. I also had a glass of the fresh squeezed orange juice which was excellent. My son had one of the skillets with bacon, cheese, egg hash brown, onion and avocado and loved it. Everything well prepared and tasty in his as well. Portion size very generous. Bathrooms clean, and parking was abundant including spots of our disabled friends. Absolute will repeat."

"Overall I was very disappointed with our visit, every time we pass Cafe Republic it’s always busy so naturally I assumed it was going to be an amazing experience. I was so wrong. As shown on the photos attached the food looks great, however it was all very bland and had no flavor. The Hash-browns were overcooked and had no salt or any flavor what so ever, the biscuits were very soft and almost tasted like some sort of bread, they didn’t put enough gravy with sausage on the biscuits, and the gravy with the sausages didn’t have enough flavor at all. I will say the chicken fried chicken was flavored pretty well and was the only thing that was really decent. The eggs had no flavor at all. The bananas with Nutella were good, the crepes were decent on the edges until you got into the center then they went bland and started tasting flavorless. The Service is friendly and welcoming, however they tried charging me more than the prices on the menu, and told me that some of their prices went up and they haven’t yet updated the menus. It’s a very nice environment overall. I probably won’t be returning based on the overall quality of the food and the lack of overall flavor."

"They have great breakfast. Been there many times and last time I went, I tried the Philly Cheesteak from the lunch menu and it was awesome! The bun was very soft the way a Philly Cheesteak should be, and the steak was perfectly cooked."
