"I recommend the whole grain pancakes as they have a grain that contrasts well with the moist batter. Add butter and only a small amount of syrup. The breakfast tots are also excellent if a bit dense. The use of a bowl makes the layering easier to understand. There could be less beans and tots but overall the flavors match. The John Wayne Benedict was ok, a well-done biscuit where the hollandaise and the egg mixed too much and the meat is fatty as well. I would use a different meat or other things to round out the dish and reduce the richness. The hamburger steak was dry and bland, you can skip that. Service is really nice and this is more diner than coffee shop - or maybe more old definition of a coffee shop. I definitely recommend the whole grain pancakes and probably the breakfast tots."

"This lovely location is conveniently placed right in the corner of magnolia Street. Easy access in and out with great parking. I took the mother for brunch after a medical procedure, and we were welcomed beautifully at the door by the owner and the host. we sat down and had the loveliest breakfast. We had their healthiest pancakes, which turned out to be very delightful. We had oatmeal with lots of yummy sprinkles on top with fruits and different things. Their coffee was on point, and the whole experience was Phenomenal. Please support your local businesses, take care of your waitstaff and enjoy a wonderful place to brunch."

I miss the brown mugs, but there’s something deeply sentimental about the new mugs being the same style and shape - just a different color. Continuity is wild."
