"This was only my second time ordering here and both times I was met with nothing but attitude from the same barista. The first time, I asked for a vanilla iced coffee and she rudely told me I “couldn’t have it” without giving any explanation. When I tried to order a caramel one instead, she raised her voice at me and said they didn’t have the ingredients — something she could have easily clarified from the start. This week, I came back to give it another chance, and the same woman whispered into another employee’s ear and laughed right after I ordered. That is incredibly unprofessional and humiliating, especially in front of other students. A coffee shop on a college campus should make students feel comfortable, not embarrassed."

"These people DO NOT know how to cook! I swear they don't taste the food [hot food] they are serving to others. It's really too bad that this is the only choice you have to pick from. They really need to get real cooks, not someone who just applies and say they know how to cook. I have had to either go back to get a refund or just throw my food in the trash because it's not even worth it. Over cooked, under cooked, no season or flavor, just awful! This will be the last time I buy anything that is not a soda or juice in a bottle."

"I went this Friday Feb 7th after work and it was much cleaner than I remember it to be. I guess new staff or new management. I have always liked the food here. It is really nice to see the cooks making the food in front of your face. Everyone I came in contact with that worked there was very nice. And the check out time was fast! I think I will be going back agin soon."
