"This place is absolutely gorgeous, and their baristas are super sweet. I love the decor and vibe- and all their different roasts of beans smell delicious. However, I got a cappuccino, and my milk was very foamy with a watery texture :(. My espresso also tasted like it pulled very low. I think this is a gorgeous place, and I recommend going for iced and flavored drinks! It may not be the best for traditional espresso drinks, however."

"On a road trip from Phoenix, headed to Austin. This town and in particular, this coffee shop was a great stop. Had an oat milk latte and their banana bread. Both really good! Highly recommend and also next door where you can shop for some great teas. Parking is easy in the back or along the street."

"We were up early on Saturday morning and happy to see that Caliche is open at 7am. We walked over and ordered coffee and breakfast. I had a cappuccino and the yogurt parfait with a peach compote and my husband got a kolache and breakfast sandwich. The service was very friendly and we were able to enjoy our morning on their back patio. If you are looking for a full service breakfast situation this is not the place but was perfect for coffee and light breakfast."
