"So disappointed at this location. Gave them so many passes. But enough is enough. There are so many times I ask them to cut the sandwich in half and this is what I constantly get ….it’s pathetic. How can you not do such a simple task. Also, on the app I had a free cereal bar but the indian dude at the window said it wasn’t available despite it being the last day for the promo. Having to rip the sandwich because it can’t properly be done is annoying."

"I mean, I guess it COULD have been worse? We were the only 2 in the restaurant, and every single table was dirty. Not most... Every single one. So we sat at a dirty table. The classic cold brew came with cream in it? I thought that was odd, but they were kind about making it again though, since we didnt know. We ordered at one computer and then were walked 10ft down to another to pay. Fine, but weird. The center of the pizza bagel was legitimately cold, though. They had already fixed our coffee and we were already sitting at a dirty table so at that point, I felt it was just time to leave rather than ask for more."

"I put my order in online and went to the drive thru to pick it up. I got the maple house egg sandwich but requested plain cream cheese and instead I was given a plain bagel with the almond cream cheese. I ordered plain because I have a slight almond allergy that I'd rather not deal with. I saw this after I got home with my order but I'm not going back because the man working the drive thru was SO rude. His entire demeanor made it seem like me picking up food was a huge inconvenience to his entire life. One of my drinks was a plain black coffee and when I said that, he came back with it and said "HERE" as he gives it to me and when I said "thank you" and smiled, this man looked at me like I had kicked his dog or something. Definitely will never be back to this location and will recommend anyone wanting a bagel go elsewhere. Especially now that I've read other reviews and see that nothing has been done for months to make it better."
