"If you’re in Galveston and don’t stop at Galveston Bagel Coffee Co., you’re seriously missing out!! Hands down the best bagels I’ve ever had! So soft, fresh, and packed with flavor!! I ordered the everything bagel with onion & chive cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber, onion, tomato, and capers, and honestly, it was one of the best breakfasts of my life! The flavors were perfectly balanced and so fresh! I also tried the butterscotch cold brew, and wow!! It was smooth, delicious, and not bitter at all (a rare find in coffee). Yes, there was a line, but it moved quickly, and now I totally understand why people are willing to wait. Trust me, it’s worth every minute. This place is an absolute gem!"

Black coffee available also. Goes perfectly with the bagel sandwiches! They had a little bakery selection I need to try something next time."
