"here is what you need to know before coming to this location If one restroom for men and women towards the backpack have to clean and while maintained Customer service here was top notch and very helpful Two gals running the whole operation of separate businesses and ice cream place and the tea place with a K-pop kind of theme and waffle everything like even the restroom was sort of a waffle theme that being said I'm pretty sure this is part of it like a franchise inside a franchise so I'm going to try to keep this review separate for the t side for an ice cream side after overdosing on UBE ice cream and put an order for hot tea thankfully the gal at the front was very hospitable and answered my questions and sure enough confirmed that the honey they uses honey flavored artificial sugar and not actual honey of any kind so keep that in mind when ordering here that being said already overdosed in sugar for an ice cream so I just got a hot oolong tea and had to buy one get one free coupon for my mom as well keep in mind I've been drinking tea for years this is a long tables extremely strong so keep that in mind if that is not your thing I noticed as well they have a smart touch screen somebody came in put in an order and a touch screen without even interacting with the gal and just waiting on the other side of the entrance and got his tea to go Not sure what that was about but I guess you can do orders without interacting for pickup and go very clean while maintained environment but again 80% of battles just getting here is you got to park and then cross the street and are ready to pedestrian crossing sign already took a hit just to give you an idea how people just rush through here and don't stop for pedestrians so be careful"

"I went here for the first time today, and not only was the drink a 10/10 but so was the customer service! Pryia was the person that helped me out, and he recommend the mango & passion fruit tea and it was so good. While Laura was making my drink, Pryia let me sample their ice cream and the ube one was AMAZING. Both Pryia and Laura were extremely kind and helpful! I will 100% be coming back!"
