"EDIT : down to one star because there was a fly in my drink… felt something crunchy and thought it was uncooked tapioca and spat the fly out… $7.91 is what a large jasmine milk tea with boba costed me ; not a special drink. The drink itself is very watered down and the jasmine tea is very mild. The boba is overcooked to the point of being mushy. First time here and saw a drive thru which was cool, but for the price for the basic drink I got (that wasn’t good), I don’t plan on returning in the future. The service was quick and kind."

"I usually enjoy supporting local coffee shops, but today was a bit disappointing. My husband ordered an iced coffee for me and specifically asked for no ice since he had a 30-minute drive home and didn’t want it to water down. Instead of filling the cup with coffee to make up for the space where the ice would be, they handed him a cup that was only about half full. I understand that recipes are portioned, but it would’ve been nice to either fill the cup or offer a larger size when someone asks for no ice—especially considering the drink is being paid for at full price. It left us feeling like we paid the same for much less, which isn’t the best customer experience."

It wasn’t like this when it first opened nor in the other locations. 7 dollars for mostly ice and barely any coffee."

"Was in a business pinch, really needed some wifi and coffee to start my day because other elements of the day went less than ideal - they took me in, lobby clean, menu is unique and amazing, got the large sea cream black coffee - its AMAZING, I'm so into this drink I would order it every day if I lived near here - plus, really affordable for good quality coffee. I'd stop here again, and will when I do business in DFW again!"
