He made our entire experience at the Grand Prairie location a breeze. "I had a very disappointing experience at this 85° Bakery. We arrived at 8:25 PM, and the store was supposed to close at 9 PM. However, when we got there, the staff had already put the tables aside and were cleaning up. We were told we couldn’t sit inside, and that if we wanted anything, we had to take it to go. The manager was uncooperative and not helpful at all. This was quite frustrating and definitely not the customer service we expected. Be cautious if you plan on visiting close to closing time."

"I am having a great day because I found my one of my favorite bakery of all times at the Grand Prairie location. Happy Birthday to me. Tuesday is the big day and I’m so blessed to find this place. The cashiers are awesome 👏. I also met Ms Biney in the lobby and she is amazing. A great conversation starter while I wait for my Sea Salt Carmel Hot Coffee. The bakery has a variety to choose from. I will most definitely be back for sure."
