"July 15, 2025 I stopped by to grab a coffee and a croissant on the go, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. After eating most of the croissant, I noticed mold on the remaining portion. As someone who’s always on the go, I couldn’t return to the shop for a refund. I tried calling the shop several times to report the issue, but no one ever answered the phone. I’m extremely disappointed by this experience. No one should ever be served moldy food, especially when you’re trusting a business to provide fresh, quality items. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of response and inability to reach anyone to resolve the issue makes this a frustrating experience. I’m sharing this so that others are aware, and I hope this review encourages the business to improve quality control and customer service. Highly disappointed, and will not be returning.
