"UPDATE: We’ve been to FHG 3 times since my last review. My latest visit was on Saturday for my daughter’s 30th birthday lunch. We had over25 people and I was afraid we would be unable to secure seating since it was cold. They have ample space inside as well as the cutest coffee bar area where you can play games or sit around and lounge. My husband and I arrived earlier and secured a long table so no issues. The drinks are amazing, I had the whiskey peach, carrot margarita and some pina colada margarita. Shout out to the amazing mixologist JC, the drink were amazing. I even met the owners, Jason and his wife (Sorry I can’t remember her name, it’s JC fault), I wanted to tell them how much i love their place. This place was amazing let me start there, from the outside patio area, inside eating areas and coffee area. If you’re looking for a place for delicious drinks with the atmosphere to match, this is the place!! The specialty cocktails was something you’d find at a 5 Star restaurant! The bartender JC was attentive, explaining the cocktails and the presentation was top notch. I’m not sure why I’ve never heard of if this spot and I almost didn’t want to write a review, but I wanted to share. I didn’t get pictures of the club sandwich or the chicken nachos (which were should be called “loaded” chicken nachos), but I did get a picture of appetizer and my drink was the whisky peach. I’m not a whisky drinker but this drink changed all that for me."

"FireHouse Gastro Park has a really great concept and an inviting, lively atmosphere. The space is stylish, open, and perfect for gathering with friends or enjoying a relaxed social setting. The bar area and overall aesthetic definitely stand out and create a fun experience. The food was good and thoughtfully prepared, and the drinks were enjoyable and well-crafted. Service was friendly and attentive, which added positively to the visit. While everything came together nicely, there’s still a bit of room for consistency and elevation to make the experience exceptional across the board. Overall, it’s a great spot with strong potential, a great vibe, and a place I’d definitely return to."

"I would have taken more pictures of the food, but we ate it so fast. The brisket tacos are out of this world, the onions so fresh, the pico de gallo was a little bit spicy but perfect, the brisket so tender! The drink I had from the bar was also very good. I love the atmosphere. The vibes are very relaxed. Lots of space for seating, very open. I wish it was warmer so we could’ve sat outside because that area looked cool too. Definitely recommend going to this place if you’re in Grand Prairie. I plan on going back."

"We were happy with our order. We tried the cheeseburger, onion rings and, the Philly cheesesteak loaded fries. The burger was a good portion, but could use a little more seasoning And isn’t really worth the price $11.50. Onion rings were great. The best of all were the loaded fries. The service was excellent. Our server was Liah R. We will certainly come back again."

"I don’t even know where to begin… I started off with wings (sweet heat) and they were pretty good… I had several different drinks 🍹… I ordered a sidecar and JC made it perfectly… I also had a Whiskey Peach 🍑 and I must admit, it was delicious… I ordered the brisket street tacos and they were absolutely amazing… my sista had the kale salad and she said it was delicious… I ordered cheesesteak quesadillas on my way out which was a suggestion from Hector and I must admit they are finger licking good… I will definitely be back… Thank you JC and Hector for making my first visit memorable 😉😉😉"
