"I was so happy to find this company! We own a Rocket Apartmento and I was concerned I'd have to ship it somewhere if I ever needed something repaired. After finding them online and calling to be sure they could work on our espresso machine, I took it in. From beginning to end they were great to work with. They were informative regarding the timeline to expect and the work they would do. They kept in communication along the way with email and text messages, explaining the issues (along with photos) and what would be involved in the repair along with pricing. After giving approval, they quickly procured the necessary parts and got the job done. I couldn't be happier with their expertise, careful work and pleasant communication. My espresso machine was returned back to me in perfect condition, great working order and spotless. I hope I never have to part with my Rocket Apartmento again, but if I do, I'll take it there again."

"I used Metroplex to service my QuickMill Lucca M61 group head. Paid $177 to service, diagnose and replace group head gasket. The machine has kept on getting worse with low pressure and portafilter leakage. Fast forward a few months and I decided to research and fix it myself with youtube videos. Ordered another gasket, new screen and the problem is fixed. As you can see from the photos, this was the original screen and gasket, which is cracked and terrible. The oil build up on the screen was so bad it is a wonder i could pull a shot. The brass screen plate behind the screen was just as bad. Metroplex just plain scammed me as there is NO WAY they did the repairs."

"Conscientious service and quality repairs for espresso machines. My Rocket machine had been improperly stored -ha do you like how I’m trying to shift the blame away from me:)…and I was using water with too many minerals in it and it needed major descaling which Rocket suggested I do professionally. Glad I took it here. Repairs took a while because of a part issue with Rocket but Metroplex always responded to me quickly with updates and even gave me some pre-emptive updates which I really appreciated. They even helped load and unload my machine into my car which was helpful since it’s really heavy. They are espresso experts and have all kinds of supplies too. I’ll be back when needed even though it’s a bit of a trek for me to get here."
