from Google & Yelp"I spend roughly 200$ per month or more at different Andy's custard shops across dfw and I always get the exact same product, never have any issues with my order, they always give me what I want. After today I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. My order is very simple, vanilla with peanut butter cups mixed in, in a pint. The employees just keep parroting the same thing over and over "we can't, it's against the rules". If it is against the rules to take a customer's money and give them something they ask for that you are 100% capable of doing and have the product, why in the Sam Hill would you not?"
"Barrett, a young assistant manager for this Andy's Frozen Custard in Grapevine, delivered on exceptional customer service that every customer appreciates. In fact, every business owner and CEO would love. We've been enjoying Andy's for years and a member of their loyalty program. In fact, we rated this Andy's for five stars. But today when we arrived home with our Double Double Malt with Hot Fudge and Obey Gooey Concrete Pecans, they weren't up to par. So I called, explained the problems. Barrett said he appreciated knowing about it, apologized, and acted immediately to resolve the problem, and did even more. When I speak on the subject of brands to MBA students and to senior leadership at companies, I remind them that a brand is really a series of stories customer tell about a product or service. Some positive, some negative. When the customer is disappointed and the manager resolves the issue, the so-called "service recovery" deepens brand loyalty. Call Barrett a "brand ambassador." He's a valuable asset. How does that happen? I asked Barrett. He said corporate training. The focus on product quality, customer service and community involvement. Sounds like clever PR, perhaps. But this fellow delivered on the brand promise, erasing a brand disappointment. PREVIOUS REVIEW Staff is great. Welcoming us every time with a smile. The frozen custard comes in a wide variety of flavors. My favorite is vanilla custard with hot chocolate and chocolate chips in a shake thick enough to eat with a spoon. Even though the product is custard, it tastes as good as ice cream. Drive through is convenient."
"I went here a couple days ago after having an appointment and they made my day so much better! The workers were very helpful and made me the best triple chocolate with brownie! Ray, Jeremy, Taylor and McKayla are amazing!"
"A good place to have frozen custard just outside downtown Grapevine. They have an extensive menu with a variety of Sundaes, Shakes and Waffles. In general you can upgrade any of your choices. They also have smaller options for kids. Mind that they don't have dine in service, only drive through and carry out."
"The ice cream is great, however, on 2 separate occasions, I’ve noticed the staff here working the register, and after taking payment, they go and grab the serving cup touching the inside of the cup with their bare unwashed or ungloved hands/fingers. This is a serious hygiene issue and absolutely gross. Then I watched the guy at the register accidentally get chocolate on his finger and he smeared it on the cup. The health department needs to visit this place. This is absolutely unacceptable."
"I always get a little envious of how every suburb of Dallas seems to have such a cool town square, and Plano is no different. Located among the shops and..."
