"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had dinner here on Christmas Eve and everything was absolutely fantastic. We ordered the chicken parm, lobster ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo, and a shrimp pasta dish. Every plate was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The food was very authentic and honestly reminded us of classic New York Italian restaurants. You can really tell a lot of care goes into the recipes. Great atmosphere and an excellent spot for a special night out. We’ll definitely be back!"

Great service, great attitude and the kind gestures and delicious food! My daughter ordered fettuccine with shrimp in a vodka sauce, my husband ordered the chicken alfredo and I order the manicotti all dishes came with a house salad and your choice dressing we got the house dressing. Since it was our first time visiting our wonderful waiter gave us bruschetas complimentary and also gave us a discount on our dessert three Cannolis to go! 🤤🤤🤤 I highly recommend this Italian restaurant."

"ABSOLUTE AMAZING!! The food was incredible. I ordered tortellini with vodka sauce, the tortellinis were soft and the sauce wasn’t too heavy and had great flavor. Big portions at great prices! The menu has all the classic Italian dishes and more, plus 4-5 specials. Homemade tiramisu was out of this world. BYOB and they provide glasses and no corking fee. Nick the owner was our server and gave us an incredible experience. We are from out of town and chose this restaurant based on the rave reviews and we were not disappointed!! Trip advisor best Italian restaurant winner for many years and it’s clear why. We will absolutely be back and we will tell everyone we know in the Dallas/Grapevine area to try Cafe Italia."

The food was outstanding – perfectly cooked, bursting with authentic Italian flavors, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt like a little taste of Italy right here. But what made this night truly special was our waiter , Nick. He was an absolute magician! "Delicious Food, Warm Service, and Inviting Atmosphere We had a wonderful dinner at Café Italia and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The food was flavorful and well-prepared — we tried the Chicken Caesar Salad, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Marsala, and Chicken Sorrentino, and each dish had its own standout qualities. The Chicken Parmesan was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of sauce and cheese, while the Marsala had a rich, savory depth. The Chicken Sorrentino was a pleasant surprise — tender and layered with flavor — and the Caesar Salad was fresh and generously portioned. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere strikes a great balance: cozy, inviting, and ideal for both casual dining and a slightly more upscale night out. This place gets a 5 star rating because it hits every note for what I wanted it to be.  Simple but delicious, not pretentious, classic Italian food with no fuss service. Still, Café Italia is a place we’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommended!"
