"Shop has been recently purchased by new owner. I completed an online order for 3 different pounds of coffees. Owner promptly sent me that they were currently out of one of my choices and would not get more until the following week. I asked to wait the week for what I ordered. She generously offered to send a replacement coffee with the two others until what I ordered would come in, and send the missing coffee to me for free. I told her what we would like to get the 3 sent to us without wait. They got 2 of the 3 coffees wrong, and I let her know so that she could make a correction if their labels were wrong. After two weeks since getting the initial 3 coffees I still have not heard back or received the coffee offered. Never had any issues with the previous owners."

"It is a great place for gifts or for something special for a loved one. They have things for just about any occasion. They have coffee samples and coffee for sale. It smells heavenly when you walk in. Nicest staff. 1 time me and my mom had a flight to catch and we had all our luggage with us and they were so helpful. We have been 3 years on a row. We go everytime we visit Texas from Maryland."

"It’s very interesting how you are treated when they aren’t taking your money. I just asked if they knew businesses on Main Street looking for seasonal help. The young girl working there was very sweet and trying to help me out. She asked the owner and the female owner treated me like I was an annoyance. She said everyone already hired the help they needed and then gave me this high pitched long drawn out “Thank Youuuuuuuuuu!”, which basically meant leave. You have no idea who a person is and what they are going through. I have been your patron for the last two years spending plenty of money there. I am a professional with my BS degree from SDSU, a US Navy veteran that did two back to back deployments to the Persian Gulf, and worked for high profile companies. I am also very religious and was recently discerning religious life. This year I had some terrible health problems not allowing me to work and just looking for seasonal help right away to pay some bills as this won’t be much of a Christmas for me. All I got was someone taking advantage of my situation by treating me like they had the upper hand and abusing it. From a Christian store of all places."
