"I went up to order at the counter and was ignored for a few minutes, when I was finally acknowledged I ordered. The girl with glasses and curly hair taking my order just lacked basic customer service skills . She took my order without saying a word and when I was finished she just flipped the screen towards me and walked away. Didn’t tell me my total, didn’t say thank you, didn’t wait to process my card. I find this behavior so unprofessional. When I received my order I was shocked by the small melted overpriced scoop of ice cream. It was literally sized for toddlers. Please teach these grown kids customer service and please make sure products are appropriately priced"

"Just stopped for some gelato after a meal and it was great! Highly recommend, every flavor we tried was delicious. Couldn’t resist grabbing a lemon poppyseed muffin for the flight home - that was yummy as well. The worker was nice, too."

"The kiosk to order on was turned out to the public as if to order on. The staff were less than attentive the customers in line to order- So I ordered on the kiosk. Several minutes later I was questioned about ordering and then scolded for having ordered by myself. I was then told I would be served but they had no way of confirming that I had paid. I explained that the kiosk was turned out to what appeared for customers to order. Tea was deserved and cold cranberry muffin to which I had preferred a blueberry muffin. I was never offered to have it warmed. Epic fail on customer service and quality."

"Great modern vintage deco. Meaning this is a new venue 2018 with GREAT options for food and drink. This is a great business venue if you happen to be on business travel. If you are here for a weekend just as well. The main line coffee bar will get you that caffeine beverage stat. The pastries are pretty good. We went with the traditional croissant. They do offer savories like sandwiches, ice cream and shakes."
