"Stopped by Cocoa Bean Express for a quick coffee, and the experience was disappointing to say the least. The cashier clearly a teenager acted like taking orders was beneath them. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. Just attitude and entitlement. When you’re in hospitality, especially in a resort setting, customer service matters. Unfortunately, that seems to be completely lost here. The coffee wasn’t memorable either, and with service like this, it’s not worth going back."

Me and a friend ordered a basic caramel frappe and it taste like straight water.... the fella that made it did not even put caramel on or in it. When I tasted it I gagged, I took it back and all he did was put a little caramel on the top. I swear it made me so angry. I do not recommend this place to anyone in the mood for a coffee, you will be highly disappointed. Your thirst will not be quenched. DO NOT waste your money on this horrific so called “coffee shop”."

"The coffee is good here but for the blended drinks, they only had one size. The size listed was a venti, but I was given a grande cup and charged $7. I asked the barista about it and she said they only had one size cup when they clearly had venti cups."
