What People Are Saying
from Google"Omg why didn’t I visit sooner! The mint tea was so delicious! The raspberry tiramisu tasted more like tres leches cake but it’s really delicious and not too sweet. Overall awesome! I will definitely be back."
"visited G’s Tea off Dixieland and spent a total of $39.70 on several drinks, including a taro latte and a Dubai chocolate bar. Unfortunately, the taro latte was disappointing, while it had the expected purple color, it tasted only like milk with no noticeable taro flavor. When I asked if it could be remade, I was informed that it is store policy to charge for remakes. I chose to return the drink, as I did not wish to pay again, but I feel this policy should be clearly displayed at the counter so customers are aware beforehand. The other drinks I ordered were drinkable but not particularly enjoyable, and overall, I left disappointed given the amount I spent. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration to improve both transparency and product quality."
"Went looking out for an afternoon coffee experience. A very modern and brightly colored shop, the staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient with our orders. Our party had a Texas refresher with mango lemonade and mango popping pearls, and the other member had one of the specialty mochas. Delicious and balanced. Definitely recommend, and would come back again"
"Loved this place!!! It was very clean and decorated so cute! They had a ton of drink options that you can customize to your liking. I chose the coconut coffee and omg it was delicious! The presentation of it was great too. I will definitely be back!"
"I just wanted to start this off by saying that yes we showed up within the last hour of closing and as a barista myself I understand that customers coming in the last hour is pretty annoying and employees just want to go home. But me and my cousins came into the store and it was fine my little cousin just wanted to get a drink before going home and the entire time, the woman at the register was being extremely rude. My cousin was trying to order a coconut banana drink and the woman told her they were not selling it anymore, which is totally fine but my little cousin being a fifteen year of course got flustered and nervous trying to figure out what else to get, once she ordered another drink she wanted to add the tapioca to it and the woman told her they were out and said “well we close in thirty minutes” in a really rude condescending way which of course made her even more nervous so she asked the woman if they had any other boba and asked which ones they had and the woman just laughed/scoffed in her face and just stared at her before listing a few. Inbetween all this and my cousin trying to figure out what else to get the woman had made a very loud and intentional comment to her coworkers about them closing soon. My other cousin also accidentally knocked over a little pot in the dining area and the woman glared at her like she was the bane of her existent lmao. The entire exchange was just extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming and just really weird. I did want to reiterate that I understand their frustration but that was what you signed up for when you applied for the job and it really didn’t have to be such a horrible exchange, especially since it was being taken out on a fifteen year old. I’d never had a bad experience at this place before but this was just way too much and over top, she was trying to make it known that we weren’t welcomed in there. It was also like thirty minutes before close and she must’ve been the shift lead because it looked like she was counting till right in front of us. If the owner reads this and I hope they do if they care about their business, the older woman with the brown hair and septum piercing, made it an extremely uncomfortable experience when it didn’t have to be. The other employees were fine but she just looked like she hated us and just made it a really bad experience, super disappointing 👎."
