"On August 23rd, 2025 I sent my sister a PRIORITY MAIL birthday package with gifts for her birthday which is on the 30th, and 7 days later, the tracking number said it was "out for delivery" in the same town I sent it from. I went back to report what happened, and they basically said "not our problem." Yet they were happy to take my money and quote me a 2 to 3 day arrival time. No apologies, no offer to refund the exorbitant price they charge for a flat rate service by the USPS, just "go to the post office and tell them" and that was it. I guess customer service isn't taught to the employees here. Meanwhile, my package is barely on its way to Dallas 9 days later."

"A little overpriced but I still always love coming in here to look at all the trinkets. This is my favorite place to get cards, look for plushies, or wind chimes and whatever else I may need. There’s a nice little cafe and an area where you can mail stuff! An all in one store."
