"The 2 young men working there on the Pokémon night on Nov 20th were absolutely amazing. They took so much time with my kids explaining things and giving great feedback on what would be the best purchases for my kids. At the end one of the guys gave my kids a couple of their own cards for him to take home and made my boys night amazing. Thank you again for the amazing experience. "Great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff members. I went in hoping to pick up some illustration rares for my collection, and safe to say I was not disappointed. They had a large selection to choose from, and I was able to pick up all the cards I was looking for. As I was paying for my cards, I had a nice conversation with two of the people working. You can tell that the workers here are super passionate about what they do. Swirl is an amazing store and I will definitely be returning again 😁👍"

"Came in to buy singles for my husband's birthday. Brad helped us out and distracted our 4 year old with the scavenger hunt so he could actually look at cards. He was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Made the whole experience very easy and we will definitely come back!"

"My mother discovered this place to take my 2 boys a few months ago and they would not stop talking about it. So we had to have my 7 year old's Birthday Party here to have all of his Pokemon obsessed buddies come and "nerd out". This was a risk with 12 little boys, but I was blown away by the staffing and how great they were with each of their questions and to have full on conversations about their favourite Pokemon. They were so considerate and calm and excited to hang with them as they did their scavenger hunt and then ended up quizzing the one employee on how much each card was in the glass case. Thank you for such a memorable morning for these boys, they still won't stop talking about it. This place is such a special gem!"

"I brought my son here because his really into Pokémon and I thought it would be a fun little afternoon together. Me and my son had a great time. But the staff looked overwhelmed while the owners just sat behind the counter opening Pokémon cards like it was their own personal hobby time. We didn’t appreciate the swearing and It felt awkward watching that while the employee was rushing around trying to keep up. After 5 minutes one of them did come up and help but seemed lost. Hopefully they can learn to take care of there staff and focus a bit more on their customers."
